Baby Joshua's Fight & Family in Need

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Hello, my name is Gracie, I’m baby Joshua’s mommy.
Firstly, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your powerful prayers declaring life over our precious son, Baby Joshua. We have recently been through a series of challenging events, with this situation being the most heartbreaking for our family.
We were at 37 weeks with a healthy baby on the way, and so excited to have our baby safely in our arms in the next couple of weeks. On Easter Sunday, Baby Joshua stopped moving. We met with our midwife the next morning and were unable to find a heartbeat.
As faith-filled believers who have seen God do many supernatural miracles, we started praying in hospital and commanding Joshua's heartbeat to start. Testimonies started pouring in of similar circumstances where parents prayed, and healthy babies were delivered. So, we stood in faith to fight for Baby Joshua's life, believing for a miracle for our son.
The unity and the army of God rising up, has been truly humbling and an answer to prayer. Just before I went into active labor, I got down on my knees in the hospital toilets and asked the Lord to send powerful prayer warriors to us, to hold our arms up and declare life and truth over Baby Joshua and our family.
As I walked back into the room, my husband shared that our friends were on a 10 hour drive to come pray for us. Baby Joshua was born quickly afterwards without a heartbeat. As they handed him to me, we embraced his little body and started to declare life over him. At the same time, I had my own fight to rise up and declare life over my own body whilst hemorrhaging and shock kicked in. My husband, and both my parents held baby Joshua and commanded life over his body for the next 3 hours, as the doctors worked on me. Later that night, a close friend came to hold and pray for him through the late hours of the night whilst we rested.
We are beyond grateful for the thousands coming together from the body of Christ across the world through our dear brother Sean, standing on the truth and power of the word of God. WE AGREED with this statement, “Joshua shall live and not die and will declare the works of the Lord.” Psalm 118:17-18
This situation with our son has highlighted the fragility of life and the desperate importance of staying close to Jesus at all times, not losing focus on His good and perfect plan.
Our son is now in glory with the King and the only thing he knew was love from us. With desperate sadness for us on earth we are grieving him not being with our family. With deep breathes we are now navigating the emptiness and sadness. We shared with our daughter yesterday and with a low sad voice but a hopeful smile she said, “Well mummy that is so sad, what if I use my toothbrush to brush your belly? Will that make him come back?”. “It’s worth a shot”, I said.
This has been a time of crisis for our family and has impacted us emotionally, physically, and financially.
Please help our family to cover unexpected hospital bills, recovery costs, child care and lost work.
As we had planned a home-birth, we had paid in full and didn’t consider we would have to go to the hospital. My family live overseas, so it also makes it much more difficult to have help. During this time we were also hit hard with a flurry clients wanting to pause work with my husband as well as him having to take time off to be with us.
Our Father in heaven has already shown us so much love through all the prayer cover from our community who has gone above and beyond. We know all will be well and the Lord will turn all of this for His glory. We thank you in advance for any support you can give to help us during this challenging time.
Much love and blessings to you all. May the Lord pour out His love and rich blessings to you also.
