Baby Jenkins is on his way!!!

Hello friends and family!

most of you know I HATE asking for help. But circumstances have me desperate and I need to do this not just for my self and my dogs (my first babies) but now I’m expecting my son and it’s down to the wire.

I was told in my 20’s and again at age 36 by two drs that I had less than a 1/100,000 chance in conceiving a child, so I filled my life with other things.

8/22/23 I was let go from my employment. After over 3 yrs and with little to no reason.

I have filed for unemployment but they could take up to 10 weeks to even process my claim.

8/31/23 a friend insisted I take a pregnancy test after I had been unwell off and on for a few months and put on a significant amount of weight… and it was positive! So I took 5 more… and they were all positive!!!

My savings are gone after paying this months bills and I have reached out to every resource I could find for help with utilities and rent. None are accepting new applicants due to lack of funding! I’m desperate as I’m being induced tomorrow and while I will likely be able to bring my son home my eviction notice could come as early as 10/13/23.

I HATE to ask ANYONE for help but under these circumstances… I have no choice.

I have always helped anyone I could because you just never know when you will be the only one who does. I believe there is a time to be the helper and at this time …I’m the one in need of receiving the help. I’m worried abt bringing my baby home but not being able to continue having a home for us beyond 10/13/23.

Anything helps! And if you know me well, you know I wouldn’t be asking if I had any other choice.

I know you all work hard for your money, but I’m truly desperate to know I can secure a home for my growing family (dogs and I as well as my son who will be here in the coming days).

Please help me if you can. This bassinet will not be empty for long and I have run out of time, resources and options…
