In memory of baby Jacoby Johnson

Baby Jacoby has arrived early! He arrived on July 22nd at 35 weeks, weighing 5lbs. Jacoby has hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) and will have to remain in the NICU for an extended amount of time. This little guy will have a fight on his hands as he will need to have surgery in the coming months. This page is to help support Boo and Kat for the next few weeks while they split their time between the NICU and home with their other children. They need help with meals and baby items  for Jacoby.
