This is baby , who was born with congenital heart disease. She has been diagnosed since she was 1 month old. And been in the hospital for 2 months. Actually in ICU. We came from Africa for her treatments because it was not available there. As right now we don’t have no place to stay to welcome the baby after her stay in the hospital. No transportation for her doctors appointments, no baby items because we were not able to bring any of them with us from Africa. Please help the parents to take care of this little angel
