Hi all, my wife and I welcomed our sweet baby Hope into this world on 2/21/2024. Hope was born with a unilateral incomplete cleft lip & palate. Due to this, she has required 2 surgeries and countless visits to the doctors, speech therapists, etc.

Her surgery this past January to correct the palate and insert ear tubes resulted in almost $6,000 in medical bills, which my wife and I have been doing our best to pay off.

We were informed this week that the amount we are able to pay monthly would not be enough to keep us out of collections, and we would have to have it entirely paid off in <15 months. While we are doing okay in the grand scheme, we cannot afford an extra $500+ a month on top of mortgage, daycare, vehicle payments, and daily living costs.

We’ve turned to GoFundMe to try and help offset the costs of the medical debt. We understand that a lot of Americans are struggling, but any help we receive would go directly to Hope's medical bills and be greatly appreciated.
