In Loving Memory of Our Little Warrior, Henry Lorence

On August 7, 2025, Renee and Joe were blessed with the arrival of their precious Henry. When he came into the world he immediately showed us what true strength looks like. From his first breath, he fought with all his might, surrounded by love and prayers from his mom, dad, siblings, grandparents and family near and far.

After being transferred outside of the area for a higher level of care within hours after birth, Henry never left the hospital. Every moment of his life was filled with love from his parents, family, friends and many relatives who longed to hold him. We all prayed so hard for our little warrior. His strength, his spirit, and his will to fight touched every heart that knew his story.

On October 20, 2025, Henry’s little body grew tired, and he peacefully gained his angel wings when God called him home. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing he is finally at peace and resting in the hands of the Lord.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover Henry’s memorial expenses. No parent should ever have to worry about these expenses while grieving the loss of their child. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward his memorial service, and any costs accumulated by the family during this unimaginable time. This will allow Henry’s family to focus on healing.
