GwenLeigh Patricia Diane Rickett was born on 9-17-25. She was born 9 weeks early because I developed pre-eclampsia suddenly. What was supposed to be a simple glucose check turned into a hospital admittance that led to an emergency c-section. Baby girl is now in NICU and every day she gets stronger and stronger. She is our little fighter, and we are beyond blessed and do thank God every day!

This is where it gets hard. Due to things happening the way they did, our situation in life changed before we were fully prepared. We have a stable plan established and ready for when GwenLeigh is strong enough to come home. For the next few weeks, we are doing all we can to remain close by and be present with our daughter every day, but unfortunately, due to me being unable to work and James going back and forth to the hospital, things have become extremely hard. So, we humbly ask for assistance. We just need help until God reveals His plan for us and allows us to take her home. We are not asking for handouts or trying to burden anyone by any means, but we are asking for assistance. If anyone is able to, we would be beyond thankful; if not, we truly do understand. Shoot, if all you can offer is a prayer our way, we would appreciate it. Me and James want to thank all that have prayed so far and continue to do so.
