BABY GIANOVA

Donation protected

Hello everyone my name is Nadira, and as some of you know my older sister Nahketah has four young boys. December 30th, 2021 at 4:46 AM her most treasured baby girl Gianova entered the world at 6 lbs. 10 oz. This was most welcoming news because after four boys my sister was finally blessed with an adorable baby girl, my beautiful first niece.

Gianova was loved and absolutely spoiled even before she was born. My family was filled with excitement and awe, and my nephews were even more ecstatic and looking forward to be the best big brothers to their little sister. Along with my sisters Jada and Janiah we would all FaceTime every morning to speak to our nephews and to see our lovely little niece. Each morning we saw the love on my sister and brother-in-law’s face as they both lit up the room with their huge smiles. You could tell my nephews Jace, Gavyn, Riley, and Gianni were not about to play about their little sister. Every day before her boys headed out to school, my sister Nahketah would send us pictures of our nephews holding their tiny sister Gianova in their arms.

Due to COVID-19 precautions during Christmas 2021 we were unable to see my sister and Gia until after her 6 week checkup and required immunizations. Today marks a month after Gia’s birth, and I cannot believe I am writing this; it absolutely breaks my heart to say our most precious baby girl Gianova gained her heavenly wings on Friday afternoon January 28, 2022; two days shy of her one month milestone.

They say to never question God because of his wisdom and divine benevolence, but this pain is overwhelmingly real. This is not a farewell, and we have to bring to accept that our beloved baby girl has gone on to prepare a seat for all of us! Gianova is smiling down on all of us at this very moment, waiting for us to join her when it is our time.

If in any way you can help my sister Nahketah prepare for this memorial it will be greatly appreciated. Please keep my family, especially my sister Nahketah, my brother-in-law Gilot, and their four boys, in your prayers. This is a devastating point in our lives, but with time we hope for healing Thank you all for reaching out to us in our time of need. Thank you for all of your prayers, your kind words, and your resonating love.

Utterly devastated,

Nadira
