After months of praying, heartache and negative tests, my dear sister Stephanie & her husband Trevor were overjoyed to find out she was expecting again. Christmas morning they announced their sweet babe was a boy, we were all so thrilled for them, they were going to become a family of four. Unfortunately in the early hours of January 16th she rushed to the hospital and they confirmed her water had broken at just 19 weeks. They were devastated by the news. They saw many doctors some of whom gave hope and others gave an answer no mother should ever hear "we will deliver and you can hold him until he passes" Despite the odds Stephanie was able to hold onto him for another 12 days, they had many scares and were in and out of the hospital a handful of times during those days. Every time a new concern would arise they were told everything still looked OK and to stay at home on bed rest and keep monitoring. After fighting for days, baby Gaige Charles Dew was born with his angel wings, January 28th 2019 at 6:45 a.m. He was 13 oz of perfection and loved by so many.

During this time of unimaginable pain and grieving, we would like to help alleviate some of their financial burdens. There have been many hospital visits, missed days of work and now funeral costs, no one should ever have to bury a child. We can do little to help with the pain and suffering they are experiencing but together we can lift some of the earthly burdens. Our goal is to raise enough to help with funeral costs, medical bills and allow Trevor to stay home with his wife and daughter as they navigate this hardship. Any and all donations help and are immensely appreciated, we ask for prayers as well, to help them feel the Lords comfort and love.
