Help baby Gabriel recover from medical negligence and malpractice

Baby Gabriel was born on August 24, 2023. He seemed to have been born a healthy baby until his first two days of life. He was rushed to medical care due to a blockage in his intestine and required colostomy surgery.

After frequent visits to the emergency room and treatment at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Edinburg, TX, Gabriel’s mother knew he was in urgent need of another doctor’s opinion and evaluation. A doctor in Colorado, an angel in disguise, looked over Gabriel’s medical history and confirmed medical negligence. Gabriel’s mother had no choice but to get private insurance to have surgery done in Colorado. He suggested an emergency surgery to do a colostomy reversal, but it had been too late. Gabriel’s intestine had developed fibrosis, and the surgery wasn’t successful. There have been 5 surgeries with baby Gabriel, and no one had discovered his kidney is only working 30%. He now has to undergo yet another surgery. More than $50K has gone to baby Gabriel’s medical expenses, which has left his family with a financial burden. The family will use these funds to cover medical expenses.
