please help my family put my neice to rest beautifully

Evaya was diagnosed with trisomy 18

rare heart defect that most infants with this condition don’t live past their first week of life

Evaya was born February 3rd

3lbs 10 ounces 16inches 4:32pm

immediately had to get surgery due to blockage of airways

surgery went great

Although there was no cure to this rare heart disease

Evaya fought until the 9th of February and departed at 6:45pm

My sister is a mother of 3 boys

Evaya was her first girl

Very high risk pregnancy she managed to carry her until 37 weeks
