Hello, as you may know, Rachel and I welcomed our son Elliot into the world slightly early. Things seemed great as he was very healthy for his developmental age.

Fortunately, one doctor at Vassar Hospital took the initiative to do a sonogram on his head based on a collection of very subtle signs. They discovered Grade 4 bleeding in his brain, which is significant. He was rushed down to Maria Fareri Children's Hospital in Westchester for evaluation and treatment.

This has been an upheaval of our life and time, and the bills are beginning to pile in. We have been asked if we had a GoFundMe, and it only then occurred to us how much that would help with the medical bills and other care bills.
