Baby Ella's Partial Artificial Heart Medical Costs

I started this GoFundMe page for my grandaughter Ella Bruno.  She was born with 3 rare congenital heart defects. My daughter, Alexa Wosyluk Bruno, found out at 7.5 months pregnant that her first baby (my first grandbaby) had 3 rare congenital heart defects which included being born with only half her heart.  Against her Dr's recommendations, she proceeded to accept all this and started planning for the challenges ahead.  Alexa and her husband had to move to CA to be near the heart team at Stanford  who was willing to take on all this. Baby Ella has had  5 open heart surgeries with other multiple procedures in between.  Ella is scheduled next month to recieve a partial artificial heart which will entail roughly 1 month of long term ICU.   If all goes well, then Ella will need to have this partial artificial heart replaced as she grows as the parts will not. Ella's medical bills have now totaled 2.3 million dollars!!! Ella's insurace maxs out at 3 million dollars. Baby Ella is going to need many procedures in between these heart surgeries. Also, Baby Ella needs around the clock care which prevents my daughter from working at the moment. My daughter is presently going to school for medical transcription which will enable her to stay at home while working! Yay Go Alexa! Baby Ella is a very silly chunky baby that is very full of LIFE!
