Daniel and Jenna Changar were so excited to meet their baby boy. Egan was born on Friday, April 13th. Egan's heart rate dropped and the doctors had to do an emergency unmedicated c-section. His umbilical cord had ruptured and he was losing blood and not getting the oxygen he needed. Egan and Jenna were transferred to Legacy Emanuel. Egan has been in the NICU since. He has been kept cool to prevent brain swelling and will be slowly brought up to a normal temperature today. Daniel and Jenna haven't been given a prognosis yet but everyone is hoping for the very best! They will have medical bills from Hood River Memorial Hospital along with Legacy Emanuel. If you'd like to donate and help ease the stress of their medical bills that would be much appreciated.
