This is Daniel, one of precious twins that was born at 30 weeks, he is now two months old.  After spending most of his life in NICU with his brother Hunter, he has been diagnosed with biliary atresia. The bile ducts of his liver are blocked causing him to be unable to filter out the bile, and if left untreated could be fatal. After recognizing the symptoms they were shipped across the state to New Orleans where Daniel was finally diagnosed. Daniel is set to have a very long and meticulous surgery to open the bile ducts on 3/16/20. If unsuccessful he will have to have a liver transplant. 

Daniel is one of five children in the White family. His mother and father, Kayla and Shannon, have been blessed with a great support system but need a little more help. Kayla is still recovering from the delivery and trying to manage all five children at home while Shannon works tireless house (sometimes weeks in a row) to support his family financially. At this time he is where he needs to be, with his wife and son, but it comes at a financial cost.

This page is to help support them due to many hours of work being missed, medical/hotel bills, and necessities for their children (diapers/formula/etc) so that their focus is where it should be, on the wellbeing and very life of their children. Not all babies are born perfectly healthy and some have to fight for their lives from day 1.
