Family and friends, dancers from all over the world, one of our own needs your help. 4 days ago, Baby Damir Turcan (11 months old) was rushed to Lurie Children's Hospital and was diagnosed with Leukemia (AML). This family is in for a journey that no family should ever have to face. The medical bills are going to add up quickly, and insurance will only cover so much, so as they navigate trying to have a sense of normalcy for their 4 year old daughter, Adelina, please keep them in your prayers. Any dollar amount will help and is so appreciated, as the last thing they should think about is how to pay the bills. They are from Moldova, so we are their only family in the US. Please do not contact them directly, as this is so overwhelming.
