Baby Cruz Patrick Swope Memorial

Baby Cruz was born to his incredible mama, Melodie, on June 10th 2018. He spend 5 beautiful days on this earth surrounded with love from his mama, daddy, big brother, Shane, and lots of family and friends who were excited to meet him. Last night, 7 lb baby Cruz stopped breathing unexpectedly. His precious life was cut incredibly short, leaving his family broken-hearted. They need all the support they can get.
