Baby Colts Long Journey

Hi,My name is lisa I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on 12-27-22. Throughout my pregnancy I was told my baby was perfectly healthy and wasnt going to have any health issues.I went to all my doctor appointments as scheduled,never missing one.

After having my emergency c section, I was informed that Colt has Spinal Bifida. Also called Meningocele. (This type of spinal bifida also involves a sack of fluid outside an opening in the baby's back) Colt had his surgery to correct that. So far it has been a success. But no guarantees. We should have been told this months ago however we are just finding all this out. We have a super long road ahead of us, especially Colt. We are just needing help with some expenses, he will be coming down for many appts in the future including physical therapy and seeing various specialists.so we can continue to come and be with him through this journey. he will be here for awhile longer. Anything helps. We are not the people to ask for help but due to the unfortunate predicament we are in.
