Hi , everyone my name is Rhonda Gagliano. I am doing a go fund me for the Payne family. My daughter Jessica and her husband Joey are having a little girl named Clementine. Jessica is 36 weeks pregnant, she will be delivering her in a week or before. They found out a few months ago that Clementine has a rare genetic disorder, it’s called Trisomy 8 mosaicism disorder. This is a rare chromosome disorder caused by the presence of a extra chromosome. The effects of this order are widely variable, we already know she has a brain malformation. She doesn’t have the part of the brain that connects the right and left side of the brain. She may also have a hole in her heart and fluid in her kidney, she may need a lot of different surgeries. She will have some disabilities, she will have a lot of medical issues for the rest of her life. She will have to be in the NICU when she is born, we won’t know for how long.My daughter has had to go to many different appointments with specialists and they have to keep checking on clementine, so she has to go to 2 or more appointments a week.They need help with medical, travel, and missing work pay for all these appointments and after she is born.
