Baby Chase & Blake Family Medical Expenses

The Blake Family, consisting of Kris, Kristin, Kamille and baby Chase, have recently been given some heart-wrenching news regarding the youngest addition to this beautiful family.  Chase, born 7/14/2020, was recently diagnosed with some concerning heart issues.  A leaky mitral valve and tricuspid valve will require this sweet boy to undergo heart surgery sometime between reaching 4 months an one year old.  This year has put us all through the ringer, but this family is truly special and been through so much already.  Both Kris and Kristin work in the healthcare field and expose themselves the pandemic daily to help treat people they don't know.  They were recently evacuated due to the Southern Oregon fires (they and their home are safe), and not a week later are struggling with a health issue concerning their newborn. 

This gofundme account is aimed to help support medical costs that will not be covered by insurance.  It will help cover travel costs, as they must go 4.5 hours north to Portland for treatment.  It will help cover time off of work, as both have exhausted their ETO through maternity/paternity leaves.
