We lost our beautiful 1 year old tragically and unexpectedly. Charlotte was recovering from her second open heart surgery and was doing amazing. She had a routine procedure done and afterwards stopped breathing. Charlotte was placed on life support, but the damage to her organs was too much for her to recover from. Baby Charlotte spent her last moments in our arms and went peacefully. We know she is in a place with no more hospitals, needles, pain, or suffering anymore. We ask for you support in giving her a beautiful and proper goodbye.
