Hi, I'm Chrystal and this gofundme is being made for my 9 week old son Chance. He had his 2 month checkup and found out he needed a $2500 orthopedic helmet due to severe slopeing. The orthopedic office says tricare (military medical) will only cover $700 out of $2500. I called tricare and they only cover it for post op and Chance is not having a procedure just needs physical therapy and his helmet. With only my husband working and this is out of our reach.
