Our baby Bruno at 4.5 months old was playing in the backyard yesterday and put his paw under a spot in the fence and the german shephard next door bit his paw and pulled his leg throufh the fence breaking it in 4 places and dislocated his elbow. The neighbors refuse to accept responsibility of their aggressive dog, who also attacked our old doberman when they first moved here and I didnt report it because i didnt want to cause riff. The medical bills for Bruno are piling up and its painful. Police cant do anything for me unfortunately. Any little but will help!
