(I'm not the parents, but I'm a friend of the family helping with the account)

The loss of a child is a pain that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy.
The birth of your first child is suppose to be one of the happiest days of you life. But for Renee and Alen, it was the scariest. Their son's heart beat was so weak that they had to have a c section and they knew something was really wrong when he wasn't crying. After tons of testing, poking him with needles, and giving him various medications they eventually found out that he had a very large tumor near his liver. This prevented him from getting blood to most of his organs. His little heart wasn't pumping on it's own and eventually his organs were starting to fail him. Since nothing was functioning on it's own, they weren't able to take him off of the machines to even consider treatment for the tumor. There was no way out.
When his kidneys stopped working the doctors let Renee and Alen know that they should call family and friends to say goodbye. Once all the family left, mom and dad held him for the last time and told him it was ok to go home. He was born December 4th and left us December 12th.
It makes this whole situation so much harder when you have to struggle with hospital bills and funeral costs. So any little bit would help them greatly. If you're not able to donate right now, please take some time to pray that they get some peace of mind. Thanks.
