Babe’s Fishers of the Future

Babe Mullinax has been asked to organize an Enrichment club for kindergarten children. When administration brought this project to her they had one directive, simply select a topic that you are passionate about and will Enrich these children’s lives going into the future.  Babe’s decision was a no brainer ! What better gift to give to our next generation than fishing. As you know “Give a person a fish they will eat for a day, teach a person to fish and they will be fed for a lifetime”. It is her hope to be able to introduce the kids to a sport that she is so passionate about and will be able to be taken with them for the rest of their lives.
  The Enrichment Club will have four gatherings where the basic fundamentals of fishing will be taught. Upon completion of the four assemblies it is her hopes to be able to gift each of these children with their very own rod and reel to be taken home and hopefully continue their journey to becoming a fisherman. 
  Class size will be no larger than 20 children. With the funds donated she will purchase each child a KidsCaster rod and reel combo as well as purchasing a casting pool to be able to let each child have hands on learning as the year progresses. 
  If you would like to be a part of bringing such a wonderful experience to the youth of today please consider her endeavor.  
  Her  goal of $300 will ensure that each child has their very own fishing rod and also have the fundamental knowledge of how to use it as they grow into the Enriched life as a Fisherperson.
