So about 3 weeks ago my father was rushed to the hospital after passing out which the hospital dismissed as dehydrated. My father has worked hard his whole life and manly outside so he always kept up with water and was healthy. A couple days after that he was acting funny so my mother took him to a different hospital where we learned he suffered a stroke. He has lost strength in his legs and right arm and has difficulty talking and swallowing. It’s been 2 weeks now and he still hasn’t been cleared to go to physical therapy...The other Day he then started complaining of chest pains so more tests are being done and found out on 9-17-2020 that he has fungal phnemonia witch may be a cause to the chest pains but more tests are coming. The medical bills are racking up and we don’t know how much longer his insurance will last. All of this is being left for my mother, 3 sisters and I to handle. We have exhausted all routes for money to help my mom Pay theses medical bills she is also paying the bills at the house whom my father paid most of ,she is also commuting back and fourth every other day from Titusville to Orlando to be with my dad driving a car that is currently giving her issues she has medical problems of her own And 3 dogs to care for as well. We don’t know what’s gonna happen in the next 2 weeks when the money is gone. Us girls ( Tami, Taylor, Alexis and I ) are takeing as much weight off of my parents shoulders as we can.... My dad has been a very hard worker ,working 3 jobs sometimes to support his family he is all about his family. We are trying to get donations to help ease the financial burden off both of them. My mom doesn’t know what to do anymore we’ve filed for every help money wise to get the medical bills, rent and other house hold bills paid. Please any little bit will help. My father is also stressing over this financial burden and he doesn’t need this. They still have a bunch other tests to do which some can’t be done till maybe 2 weeks out. This isn’t something we would normally do but we’re out of options and a lot of you out there know my dad and know the kind of man he is that he’d give his shirt off his back to help. My father has a long road ahead of him with tests, healing and physical therapy he’s a fighter and on a mission to get better.
