Betoski Family Fire Relief
On Monday, 11/28/2016, Ed and Denise (my parents) were sitting in their home in Wears Valley, TN aware that there were several forest fires in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area raging in the mountains. Unfortunately, they were not aware that there was a fire in the valley bearing down on them at 50+ mph (50-70 mph wind gusts). They had only a few minutes to get the car out of the garage and leave with just the clothes they were wearing at the time.
Their house and garage were a total loss. Unfortunately, there was no time to get the truck out of the garage and that was a total loss as well.
Thank God they were able to make it out, along with an elderly guest who was staying with them due to the dangerous fire close to their house.
The money will go to help with clothes, food, and any necessities they will need to get back on their feet.
Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Tammy Simpson/Joe Betoski & families
