With pain in our hearts and deep sadness, we are asking for support to help the children of our beloved brother, father, husband and friend Carlos Mendes. Carlos was diagnosed a year and a half ago with throat cancer and has been fighting this awful cancer ever since. Carlos took his last breath April 17,2106 at 5:30am, peacefully.

His time with us is limited, so we are asking for help and support of his two kids that he is leaving behind Matthew 13 years old and Mia 5 Years old.  We will be setting up an account under the childrens names until they are of age to use in the future. 

This is an awfully painful time for our family and the children. Anything you can do to help  our family would be utterly grateful. Janet Levy ( John Carlos's Sister) will be handeling all of the dispersment of funds for Matthew and Mia to set up a college fund on their behalf.
