Help Jamie Fight Cancer

Please help our dear friend and family member Jamie Dean as she is suddenly and unexpectedly faced with the battle of her life.

Last week, Jamie was admitted to the hospital due to a growing mass in her neck which was previously diagnosed as an allergy. Her doctor immediately ordered a CT scan and discovered that Jamie’s condition was much more serious than previously thought. After a biopsy surgery, it became clear that Jamie is fighting Stage 4 Large Cell Lymphoma. Jamie remains in the hospital as doctors are discussing her treatment options at this time.

For those of you who do not know Jamie, she is 25 years old and a 1st grade teacher at Thunder Valley K8 in Frederick, Colorado. Jamie is the loving mother of an 18-month-old boy, Zayn, and the reason for living for her supportive boyfriend, Adrian. Those of you who do know Jamie are all too familiar with her smile and that infectious laugh, and how she lights up a room with her loving energy. Jamie is the kind of person that always seems to put everyone else’s needs before her own. Now is our time to take care of Jamie.

Our lives are called journeys for a reason. While some thrive and others suffer on this journey is a mystery. But, perhaps our purpose now is to surround Jamie and her family with all the love and support that we can provide. She is far too young to be dealing with the severity of issues she is faced with at this present moment, and far too loving to be embattled with fear.

Jamie and her family are exploring several proactive treatments and therapies. However, because her cancer is in the advanced stages, time is of the essence. We wish to release the financial burden that would get in the way of the treatments that Jamie wishes to receive to begin her healing, and to offer some financial support to her at this time.

We are grateful for any contribution that you would be willing to make to ensure that Jamie and her beautiful family can focus on this present moment of her healing, restoration of health, and creation of hope, so that her story will continue to be written.
