Hi! I'm Nicole, the cri.pp.le, and that heckin' queen on my lap, is my sister Theresa. I am homeless, as of last August. I dropped out of college in October to focus on healing mental health and to find a new home. I am living in a hotel that I cannot pay for anymore, I have maxed out my credit cards, and now Theresa is covering my living expenses. I am unemployed due to my condition, it's freidriech's ataxia. Very similar to what Stephen Hawking had. I was getting nowhere with housing agencies. then in walks in Theresa and things started moving. Still, with government agencies, everything is moving super slow, and I need a little extra assistance now. I need to either stay at this hotel longer and wait for the subsidized housing to work out, or just get another accessible apartment and bring in some roommates to split bills with.
