My best friend Kimi and her two girls lost their house to an electrical fire on Monday, August 3rd, 2015.   They had just celebrated their 10 year anniversary at this special place.  The house  was where Kimi, her close friends and family celebrated every Christmas Eve dinner, the gathering place for her girls and their friends, and mostly where we laughed and cried.  It wasn't just a house, it was their HOME.  

The fire consumed most of their belongings along with the girls baby pictures, diplomas and all the other things that they will never be able to get back.  What little they will be able to salvage will be covered in soot and severly damaged.   The fire marshall is considering the entire house a loss.  

They are currently without a home, but they have not lost their spirit.  They are keeping their heads high and smiling through all the pain.  

We need your help to get them back on their feet.  As they are looking for a new place to live, Kimi needs to get first and last months rent, furniture and other basic necessities.  The girls are starting back at school in the next few weeks and they will need clothes, books and shoes.
