Lucas is a devoted single father to two young daughters who desperately need their father home. His youngest daughter is a cancer survivor with ongoing medical needs. The conditions at the detention center are taking a serious toll; he's losing weight due to limited food and struggling with the uncertainty.

We initially worked with a lawyer but had to stop due to high costs. The situation became increasingly confusing when he was put on a plane in Florida but then removed in Louisiana and placed in a different detention center.
