Help Malley's Friend Take Essential Medical Leave

Hello friends,

We are fundraising for a dear friend in order for them to get a medical leave of absence from their work. They have an autoimmune condition with repetitive flare ups, and they are currently working multiple jobs at a time to support themself. In order to heal and manage their flare ups, they greatly need funds to be able to take time off to give their body deep rest, in order to get their health in order and set up a life that is more sustainable.

This year they have dealt with a lot of stress which has brought with it painful flare ups and at the moment, extreme fatigue. The fatigue is very intense and making it almost impossible to work, with energy levels dropping suddenly and dramatically.

We are aiming to crowdfund £6000 (roughly $8000). This will allow them to take 3 months off work and cover their living expenses, as well as give them a chance to explore treatments necessary to help them heal.
