Aloha everyone,

I'm reaching out during one of the hardest times my family has ever faced. Recently, Jay was in a devastating accident that nearly took his life. While we are incredibly grateful that he's still with us, the road to recovery is going to be long, difficult, and expensive.

As a result of the accident, he not only suffered serious injuries requiring ongoing medical care, but he also lost his vehicle—his main means of transportation and independence. The mounting medical bills, therapy costs, and the need for a new vehicle have placed a heavy financial burden on him and our family.

We are doing everything we can to support him emotionally and financially, and we don't usually do these kinds of things. But we have had many wonderful people reaching out that would like to assist in any way they can and well here it is. We are looking for assistance in trying to cover:

Hospital and ongoing medical expenses

Physical therapy and recovery support

A replacement vehicle

Basic living costs while he's unable to work
