Please Help our Family

Hello my name is Juliana Fanton. I'm 19 and tonight at 3:30 pm we received the worst news we could ever get my dad Anthony Scott Fanton also known as Tony passed away unexpectedly at 39yrs old . He leaves behind myself, my 16 yr old brother Brandon Fanton who has autism , my 8 yr old brother Sean Fanton and my grandparents Teresa and Marvin Fanton who he was the caregiver to ,and now I have to take on that responsibility. 

Myself and my brother are still in high school and our grandparents are on a fixed income. I know that times are tough for everyone right now so if there is anyway the loving amazing friends, family, and others can help out with my dad's funeral arrangements and prayers we would really appreciate it. Every little bit helps. Thank you and everything is really appreciated
