Help Heather Pay for Cancer Treatment
Donation protected
Hi friend!
We've banded together to raise funds for the amazing baddie, Heather Vincent and we need your help!
This strong and capable woman has been through more in the last few years than most suffer through in a lifetime, and now is facing down breast cancer like the champion she always has been.
But with a battle like this comes a LOT of medical bills, and so we're asking you to help subsidize that for her because nobody should have to worry about how to pay the bills when they're fighting for survival.
Although she's only halfway through treatment, her mail box is already full of extremely burdensome medical bills, and it's only going to get worse.
So please help us step up for her, and contribute whatever you can, because absolutely every penny is so, SO appreciated, sweet friends!
There's only so much the community can do to help when one of us encounters a major illness, because it's up to the individual and her doctors to do the work and beat back the disease. It's hard to be on the outside looking in because we all desperately want to be able to do something to make it better, easier, to help it be over faster. To take some of the pain away.
This.
This is what we can do.
Helping take the stress and burden off of someone we love so much, so that she can focus all of her considerable strength and determination on healing her body, not her bank account.
If you know Heather personally, you know she's fiercely private and independent, and smothering her too much with pity and well-wishes will only add to her stress, so please keep that in mind during the next few months while she receives treatment and fights the good fight.
But please, spread the word, quietly and tactfully, so that we can reach more of our tribe who can help our beautiful friend get through this without the constant stress of worrying about how to pay the bills, and come out of it without a mountain of oppressive debt.
Let's help her write a story about victory and strength and community, instead of one about pain and isolation and fear.
We got this.
Let's show her what our community can do, together. ❤
