Motorized wheelchair


Hi everyone. I have been having a rough time medically and with me graduating college and not being able to drive to get a job I will need to be able to take the train there. However, this also requires me to walk to work and other places. I have been having a lot of trouble walking long distances and I have pain that goes along with it. I am looking to get a Fold and Go heavy duty wheelchair. However, insurance will not cover this wheelchair as it is considered a portable motorized wheelchair which is what i need. This will give me more independence and will allow me to not depend on other people to get around. Thank you so much for your support and help.

Some more information about me. Ever since I was 8 I have been fundraising for nonprofits for other people that suffer with the same conditions I do. I have been hospitalized more then I can count and have had 17 brain and spinal cord surgeries and still have continued to fundraise for other people. I don’t like to feel like a burden and i don’t like relying on people since my conditions force me to all the time. However, this time I need the help. I’m the one in the low place that needs help to be independent to live the life that I try to help so many others live. I need a Fold and Go wheelchair but I can’t pay for it alone. Please if you can even offer a dollar anything is appreciated. I know a lot of people have followed my story and my medical life and you know I’m not one to ask for help and I try to do as much as possible alone. But I can’t do this alone. So if you can help out even just by sharing my fundraiser everything is appreciated. Thank you so much to people that have already donated or shared.
