More information about Yorkshire Air Ambulance: The Yorkshire Air Ambulance is a life-saving rapid response emergency service 365 days a year to 5 million people across 4 million acres of Yorkshire. It uses two Airbus H145-D3 helicopters with a crew consisting of a pilot, a consultant doctor, and critical care paramedics. The service responds to over 1,500 incidents annually, providing critical care and transport to hospitals for patients who have suffered severe injuries or medical emergencies.
