Hello! I am writing this on behalf of my partner, Mohammad Ali.

Mohammad is a loving partner, brother, uncle, and cat dad. He was also a waiter and manager at a local family restaurant in Mt. Shasta until 8 months ago, when Mohammad's employer assaulted and fired him for sending money to help his family in Palestine.

On top of the immense pain of losing multiple family members in Palestine and in the United States, flooding damaging his housing and health, and daily harassment in his small town, Mohammad has been unable to find new work and is struggling to cover the costs of bills and care for his cats.

Mohammad has always gone out of his way to help everyone he meets - his neighbors, his family, even someone on the street. Even during this difficult time, he has done so much for others. I am hoping we can support him in turn and repay his kindness.

Any donation, even $1, would be appreciated to help Mohammad recover from the events of the past year and start rebuilding his life. Costs will go towards immediate expenses such as bills and insurance, as well as helping Mohammad relocate to a city with more job and housing opportunities.
