Spence and Jake run for the people of Ukraine

We're running a marathon with a 20KG weight vest for the people of Ukraine.

We're raising money for the British Red Cross to provide aid in Ukraine and get food, medicine, shelter and water to those who need it most.

We're determined to push our skinny legs to the limits to raise this money at a crucial time.

We will be running in the Southhampton marathon on 24 April
