Hello. My name is Anna and I am a Safety Team Member for Unite Students Portsmouth.

My beautiful daughter Coralia, has a condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, where she essentially lives with half of her heart. She is only 16 months and has already had 2 open heart surgeries She survives on 80% of her oxygen but despite this she has beat all odds and remains the most smiley, adventurous little girl out there.

She will need further surgeries in the years to come in order to get her through to adulthood and at the moment the future is unclear. Supporting the LHM charity ensures wide spread knowledge of her condition, countless of support for other families under the same boat and most importantly ideas for further treatment within the NHS.
