Calling any who can spare a little to help a lot. Jeff Otterman is a good friend of mine and a huge Royals fan. If you have attended Royals games you have probably seen Jeff. His wife Tina, my adopted little sister, works the concession stand down the first base line, right by where Jeff sits each game.
Tina and I were in the youth group together at Independence Avenue growing up and have always been impressed with her for the independence and compassion she has.
Jeff and Tina are one of those couples that inspire, their's is a great love story, with a lot of pain.
Jeff had a serious accident not long after they were married which left him confind to a chair to get around, yes Jeff is the guy you see trying to get around the stadium. As he has gotten older his mobility has decrease and seriously hinder his ability to be self sufficient. His insurance only affords him one chair and the one he has isn't motorised.
What I am doing here is asking each of you to give a little (or a lot, if that is what the Lord lays on your heart) to help Jeff and Tina out with this situation.
We are attempting to get Jeff a scotter and a chair lift to assist him to be more independant.
Tina and Jeff have raised two wonderful girls, Kathleen and Megan, both in their early 20's and the funds are not there to do everything they want when they want.
Their humilty makes it hard for them to accept help, but I finally have convinced them it's time.
So if you can help us with this drive it would be greatly appreciated. There will be several specials for people to bid on throughout this drive, so be watching, but please, if you can give a little, pay it forward!

The items being purchased by these funds are a BUZZ Around HLS HD and the OUT-SIDER chair lift so they can get chair to all the places Jeff goes - especially the K and church.
