Hi, my name is Vicky and I’m putting together this go fund me for Victor. Victor is my sisters dad, he passed away on 5/3/23 from stage 4 liver cancer. Victor was an amazing person and an amazing dad to Tati. He was very young (38) and his family wasn’t ready for something like this. Everything happened extremely fast.
