This is my Papa, Ronnie Madiam whom we love so dearly. He is 54 years old who has Multiple Subacute to Chronic Infarcts. He first had his stroke in June 2020, and has progressed affecting his right side of body with limited mobility, speech and swallowing deficits. He is currently admitted in the hospital for 2 weeks now, being treated for Aspiration Pneumonia. He is bed ridden at the moment and does not respond to commands well due to the stroke. He would open his eyes from time to time and would just listen to us when we talkto him. He gets Physical Therapy twice a day while still admitted in the hospital to help him with his mobility. 

My papa is a very independent type of person,who is always dedicated with his Job, and the breadwinner of the family. That is why it breaks my heart to see him in this condition. He is being fed through NG tube due to swallowing difficulty and risk for aspiration. All his medical illness makes him in desire need of chronic care. He has medication maintenance for the Stroke, Diabetes, Hypertension, and the Heart as well for prevention.  

Our family has been doing our best to provide and support my papa’s needs, but the cost of his hospitalization and further medical management is just out of our control already.
We are knocking on your hearts to seek financial help for our Papa for him to get well and live longer. I know this year has been difficult to all of us and we are all struggling to survive, but any help/assistance and donation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God Bless all.
