My Tatay( Father) medical expenses

9.15.2015 Around 7pm I received a call from my brother (here in U.S) because he received a news from his wife that my dad got hit by a motorcycle that was driving over the speed limit. ( My dad lives in the Philippines). The motorcycle driver was kind enough to not hit and run but he doesnt have insurance nor money to help us cover for medical expenses. My dad is currently in the hospital, the Doctor said that he have bilateral femur fracture and will be needing surgery and therapy.
I am asking for your help. We do not have enough money to cover the medical expenses.
