Mom's Beautiful Smile

Hi, my name is Mylee Dream, and I am a local country/Christian singer and songwriter who has performed in the Ventura area for over a couple of years. I am a 20 year old Christian who loves the LORD with all my heart. My mom loves the LORD too, but we have unmanageable expenses that have been handed our way. In hopes to raise money for my mom, I started this Go Fund Me page. All of my performances have been non-paid that I have done without a band, and I serve the LORD in many ways including leading worship on Sunday mornings and for the youth group I mentor on Wednesday nights. I do this out of my love for Jesus, but I also am sharing not to seek praise but to allow us all to come together as a community hoping that our fellow brothers and sisters in the faith who are able would be willing to donate funds to help my mom get the dental surgery she needs. She is also diabetic, and her top gums are deteriorating, so the good dentists she is seeing now that are actual experts in their field may have to get a gum graft for her. My mom also needs laser eye surgery this year, which hopefully will be covered by the state. If the laser eye surgery is not covered by the state, any extra money that is raised from this Go Fund Me after the dental surgery dues are paid will go towards her eye surgery and rent for our house we live in while she takes time off of work to recover.

When I was about 4 years old, my mom got in a scooter accident and fell on her face. She went to a dentist in a different state we were living in at the time, and the dentist completely scammed her. They were performing more surgery than they needed to just for extra cash in their pockets. The dentist is no longer in practice, as he was deceiving many people. Now, at 16 years later, my mom needs surgery to repair all of the damage her prior dentist had done. The prior dentist took out many root canals. My mom is such a beautiful person inside and out. When I was suicidal during my teenage years, she stayed through the hardest times of my life with me. Through prayer, I ended up giving my life to Christ and allowed Jesus to heal my heart. Because of this, my mom has always worked her tail off to try to give me everything I have needed my whole life, only making a single stream of income for the both of us since I was 10 years old. I work as well, but my money goes towards my car insurance and personal toiletries or food. I I know I cannot even measure up all she has done for me and have protected me from, but this would be my closest way to pay her back for everything. Because of her, God has kept me from killing myself so I can find my purpose in Him. My mom is my best friend, so I hope that you will consider donating to her beautiful smile.
