Update to Christinas health journey:
Received genetic testing results that test the genetics of my cancer.
November I had 8 genetic cancer mutations, January I only had 4 mutations. Meaning with treatment we were able to get rid of 4 mutations which is GREAT news however, there are still 4 mutations left and they didn’t shrink at all….. these mutations were Not present in my tumor that was removed when I was first diagnosed with cancer meaning these mutations came from the chemo therapy treatment, what a BUMMER!!! My doctors in Arizona are coming up with a new plan to get rid of these mutations so that I can be 100% cancer free! I’m so grateful for these amazing doctors/scientist that practice precision medicine! Until the new plan is finalized I will continue with current treatments and supplements. All of this is

Hi, my name is Christy and I am fundraising for Christina Lequerica. As many of you know she was diagnosed with Colon Cancer Stage 3 last year. She had major surgery in September and she started Chemotherapy in November 2022. The treatment unfortunately did not work. Christina’s cancer is back in full force at stage 4. Her and her husband have blown through their family savings with the staggering amount of doctor bills, and the bills keep coming. Christina is a fighter and through all her medical struggles she still has the ability to stay positive believing and holding on to her faith in God! Christina has been accepted to a cancer treatment center in Arizona. As you can expect it is not cheap, but you can’t put a price tag on a life! This family gives back to their community, friends, and family whenever possible. If you know Christina, you also know she is one of the kindest, most joyful, uplifting people you will ever know with a heart of gold! This amazing family needs our help!
