Hello, my name is Chaya Kennielly Yanga

I was born on August 22, 2019 but my original due date was on November 3rd; about 10 weeks too early. I am currently in the NICU at St. Raphael Foundation and Medical Center inc. in Angeles City,  Philippines. In the weeks before I was born, my mom noticed I was inactive in her belly and my doctor said I was too small for my age leaving no choice but to perform an emergency C-section.
My family loves me so much but we do not have the means to pay for the help I need to survive. I am in need of $10,000 to pay for my treatment. I know it’s a lot but anything you can donate helps.
