Support Recovery After Stroke: Help Needed

Hey y'all. I recently suffered a stroke which left me in a pretty bad way. My speech was affected but I'm in speech therapy. It's gotten a lot better but still have a long way to go. The bigger problem is my right arm. I lost a good bit of use in it but I'm in physical therapy as well. Much better. Long way to go. I've been unable to work for a few weeks now. I feel crappy about this but I'm asking for a helping hand. I'm currently working on disability benefits but am still waiting. Anything helps. Thanks much.
