Help Ella Walk Again

Ella has always been a happy, energetic little dog — full of life, tail wagging, and bringing love to everyone she meets. Just this past Friday, she was out on a walk like normal, full of joy. But over the weekend, everything changed.

Ella suddenly lost the ability to use her back legs and was clearly in pain. We rushed her to the vet, where we received heartbreaking news: she has Stage 5 IVDD — the most severe form of Intervertebral Disc Disease. In just a day, she went from perfectly healthy to completely paralyzed in her hind legs, with no pain sensation left. It still doesn’t feel real.

Ella may never walk again. Surgery could give her a chance at recovery, but it’s expensive — and the costs are more than we can manage alone. Any funds raised would go directly toward her surgery and ongoing care to give her the best possible shot at healing.
